By no means do I recommend anyone swim at sunset, the Discovery Channel was good enough to warm me (during Shark Week) that one should not enter the water at dawn or dusk. But, we're young and adventurous so we decided to go against the advice and snorkel at sunset... no one was hurt, with the exception of a sea urchin spike in someone's foot.
But back to image analysis, I like this picture. There is a great contrast between the highlights and silhouettes that creates a very dynamic scene. The subject's placement is also very nice and is in accordance to the rule of thirds.
